The conditions for a stay can vary by residence, dates, rate, and booking channel.
This page explains our policy process. It does not publish a universal cancellation window, fee, bond, check-in time, occupancy limit, or list of facilities. Those details must be verified for the exact residence and rate offered to you.
Before you decide
When we reply to an availability request, we will provide or link to the booking-specific information needed to assess the stay. This should include:
- the exact residence or residence type being offered
- the total price and any payment schedule or payment fees
- the cancellation, amendment, refund, and no-show conditions
- the security deposit or pre-authorisation, if one applies
- check-in and check-out arrangements
- the confirmed guest capacity, bed configuration, and relevant house rules
- the facilities, parking, accessibility, and inclusions applicable to that residence
An enquiry is not a booking
Sending a stay request does not hold a residence, lock in a rate, or create a confirmed reservation. A booking only proceeds through the confirmation process described in the written offer you receive.
Collection pages and imagery
Our website groups changing inventory into residence collections. Images may be representative of a collection or destination rather than the exact unit available for your dates. We will identify the applicable residence details before booking.
Requests and local planning
Early arrival, late departure, cots, parking, accessibility needs, local reservations, beauty appointments, and other planning requests are not guaranteed by the website. Ask early and wait for written confirmation before relying on a request.
